Welcome to a brand new year!

Come on in and take a look around... 4th grade is quite a bit different from what you have been used to... You are an upper grader now!

I hope that you are ready for some fun as you learn new things this year... Learning is so much easier for you when you come in each day eager to have a great time. This is going to be a great year :)

So... what will you be learning this year? The California standards, of course!

In addition to language arts/reading, you will dive in to fractions and decimals in math, California history in social studies, along with the physical, life, and earth sciences (everyone's favorite subject!).

 

Tarpey News... What's Happening?

Take a look at the picture below of Mrs. Daw's husband and Mrs. Gabelica's son receiving the book dedications in their memory at last year's carnival. Tarpey students, like yourself, can enjoy a wonderful selection of books dedicated to these two ladies who meant so much to the students and staff here for many, many years. You can find these books in our very own library.
