♥ Class Visits, Groups, Parenting Classes and Contacts ♥
Parenting Classes begin at Needham on Oct. 26, Monday, at 7 P.M. and continue Nov. 2, Nov. 9 and Nov. 16 in the library or the multipurpose room. Join us for fun with video, overhead charts, handouts, discussion and more, using Jim Fay and Foster Cline Love and Logic Techniques, found at: www.loveandlogic.com
To register for the course, call 247-4791 X 3604, or email the counselor. There is no charge for the course, but there is a $10 charge to keep the workbook.
Class visits this year have included instructions on learning styles, using fun memory sticks. Classes also were instucted in NWEA testing on the computer. Krista Brundage , Adams State College graduate student, accompanied me on some class visits. She has also assisted with group work.
Friendship groups and divorce groups are ongoing. Contact the counselor for more information. I meet with kindergarten students during snack time. First Grade and Third Grade lunch friendship groups meet on Tues. Fourth Grade lunch friendship group meets on Wed. Second and Fifth Grade lunch friendship groups meet on Thurs.
